  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
  • After an order has shipped, Pixie Scoop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact Pixie Scoop immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
  • Pixie Scoop is not responsible and will not issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages marked lost or misdelivered by the carrier.
