Who We Are

Hi everyone 💕✨

My name is Alexa, proud mama of two beautiful kiddos, and together with my 5-year old son Mateo, & my 7-year-old daughter Bella (AKA the CEO, boss lady and the mastermind behind this whole adventure 😄), we created our dream business… Pixie Scoop 🧚♀️✨

What started as one little idea from Bella quickly turned into late nights, learning curves, happy tears, stress snacks 🍕😂, and a whole lot of love and savings poured into making this dream come true.

We are hoping to have all of our merchandise ready for our official opening on May 28th 🎉 and honestly… we couldn’t be more excited (or nervous 😅).

Bella and I are definitely not the “techy” type, so creating a website, Facebook page, and TikTok has been a full-on adventure for us 🤭. We’ve clicked the wrong buttons, watched way too many tutorials, and probably said “wait… where did it go?!” at least 500 times 😂

So if things look a little chaotic right now, please bear with us while we learn little by little. Every single thing has been created with love, determination, and a dream bigger than our experience 💖

Pixie Scoop is special to us because it represents courage, family, creativity, and believing in something even when it feels scary. Bella and I hope to create something magical that makes people feel happy, seen, and special — just like the small businesses that inspired us to start this journey in the first place ✨

Each scoop includes 10–15 hand-selected items from our curated collection of goodies.

Items may include lifestyle accessories, stationery, toys, and similar surprise items.

Some items may contain small parts. Adult supervision is required for children 12 and under.

All purchases are final sale.

Due to the mystery nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

After an order has shipped, Pixie Scoop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact Pixie Scoop immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
